Word of 2014: Growth

I'm linking up with Denise over at Sunny Days in Second Grade for My One Little Word for 2014. So here is the word I picked:

While this word could also describe 2013, I know that 2014 will require a lot of growth for me, both professionally and personally. There are still so many things I need to learn about being an educator. I have a number of goals I've set for myself and look forward to accomplishing a lot in the next 12 months.
