4.5 days left of my first year of teaching. HOLY BANANAS.
I don't know what this mix of emotions is quit yet. Excitement for a new room. Dreading packing up everything. Proud of my kiddos as I enter in final grades. Concerned about the socials skills that still don't seem to have developed in some of my kinders. Nostalgic as I make their end of year CDs. Hurt that that they are so eager to leaver for summer. Sorrowful for what awaits some of them at home all summer. Eager to get out an enjoy the sun.
Man, 4.5 days is going to feel long and short all in one.
