Your blog is so super cute! I can't ima...Kayla,<br />Your blog is so super cute! I can't imagine having to reapply and re-interview for my job, just because I was a first year teacher! I will tell you I observed a first year teacher several times this year, in kindergarten, and she was amazing. I know you'll do just fine! I even had to observe her on a day when it was snowing (it never does that here) and we were getting out of school early! Her kids were perfect, and so was she. On the phone, I feel your pain!
